  does anyone feel like being raised in such a strict manner, staying "a good witness" and virgin till married in late teens or early twenties, leads to promiscuity later in life?.

  i know every person is different and each personality is going to do things differently.

  some people would never do anything crazy even if they were guaranteed to not have any bad consequences from it.

  so i got into the nfl in the early/mid 90s.

  back then there were some great running backs - happening onto a lions game late on sunday night over here and seeing barry sanders was what got me into it.

  but it seems the running game is dead.

  the increase in pass interference comes with the newer rules regarding it. kinda takes away from the game in my opinion.

  the rnning game will never go away. teams will always need that sure fire 3-4 yards. eventually, when defenses get to small, old school running backs will come back. i'm a chargers fan and the 3/4 defense that we, and now whalf the league ;), is using is vulnerable to inside runs. that's a big back's job.

  what teams do yo all root for?

  Donations = iPads?

  i had my co visit not too long ago and in our conversation on technology (i'm an apple guy) he stated that within the last year the branch supplied all traveling overseers with free ipads to use.

  he then proceeded to tell me he doesnt personally bring his to the meetings as not to stumble anyone (or maybe because we might see his high score on temple run).

  i was pretty surprised by this and began wondering... are jw donations towards the world wide work going to ipads for do's and co's to use in their spare time?

  yes during this year's audio drama about jesus' death it was said from the platform that the media is going to be spreading lies about jehovah's witnesses and that we should pay no attention to them.

  did they say this at your convention location?.

  also during the drama about marriage it was obvious to me that brothers are not reaching out for privileges the way they used to.

  that's going to be my response for my mom anytime she says she doesn't want to see anything i send her when i start asking her abot the bs the wtbts spews and that's what i'd suggest for anyone else in that position.

  i use skype for business. it works very well 99% of the time. every so often you might have some static isses or what have you, bt skype is pretty darn good. the rates for int'l calling are pretty good and they have made free apps for all of the smartphone operating systems as well. not sure if the video chat works on the smartphones though.

  i will say, the android skype is rather terrible. for some stupid reason, it only uses speakerphone and they still haven't fixed that bug.
